Interrupting the Comic strips for a day, I couldn't let Entry 300 go by without posting this. It's based on a photo-shop that someone else created that I thought needed a little more pizzaz and then I tweaked it a little more for today's entry. This is my first finished drawing using Dr. Martens dyes. I really like how they work and I can see that with practice and effort I'll be able to do some really effective coloring with them.
He's not anyone in particular, but I had characters like Bill Sykes from Oliver Twist and Neil Gaimans' Mr. Croup and Mr. Vandermaar from Neverwhere in mind.
